Outpatient surgery in a family-centered, child-focused setting

The Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) of Pediatric Specialists of Virginia (PSV) brings the expertise of surgical specialists from our area’s world class pediatric institutions to a child-centered, convenient, outpatient surgery center in Northern Virginia.

We are experts in outpatient surgery just for children. Every procedure is staffed by a fellowship trained pediatric anesthesiologist with years of experience providing anesthesia care exclusively for children.

Children and families are the primary focus of the care we provide. We will work with you to develop a personalized care plan for your family that will maximize your child’s comfort and safety every step of the way, from the initial planning stages to a child’s time in the recovery room and through their follow-up care at home.

Many area pediatric specialists from our parent institutions, Children’s National Health System and Inova, perform outpatient surgical procedures at the state of the art facilities of the PSV ASC.
